Our EVO oil (extra virgin olive oil) comes from a centenary blend of moraiolo, frantoiano, leccino and pendolino. The various types of olive trees, following the typical Tuscan cultivation, are physically present together within the plots of land, respecting the ancient traditional knowledge of the plant: the plants are found in their original birth position, just as the old farmers had decided to distribute them. Our oil has a distinctly and exquisitely Tuscan flavour, characterized by a fine and delicate texture.
