Chosen as a symbol of our company , the church of San Giorgino, a small religious structure that since 1109 has guarded the estate, protecting and observing the vines and olive trees that roll on the gentle Tuscan slopes from its dominant position. When our family first arrived in San Giorgio a Lapi, the church had suffered severe structural damage. For this reason our parents decided to recover and restore the entire structure, allowing the discovery of a fresco painted by the important Nasini family of painters, depicting St. George killing the dragon .
